Shipping policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within Singapore only. Please enter a valid Singapore address at checkout. For overseas enquiries, email us at info@lavilin.com.sg.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, embassies, LTA, ICA, NTU, NUS, Singapore Polytechnic, military premises, shipyards, Cargo Complex, Airline House, Alps Avenue, Jurong Island, Sentosa, or other large compounds with restricted access.

2. Delivery fees

  • Orders of SGD 40 and above: free standard delivery.
  • Orders below SGD 40: SGD 5 standard delivery.
  • Expedited delivery: SGD 7.50, available on any order.

The free-delivery amount is based on your order total after any discounts. The delivery options and fees for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment is received. Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery usually takes a further 3–4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. These times are estimates, and courier delays can occasionally happen.

4. How your order is delivered

  • Deodorant creams, roll-ons and sticks: delivered to your letterbox. Please make sure it is accessible and has enough space for the parcel.
  • Body sprays, body scrubs and wet wipes: delivered to your doorstep. A signature may be required, so please make sure someone can receive the parcel.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

6. Wrong address, missing or damaged parcels

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and we may charge the cost of re-sending a parcel returned to us for this reason.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, or if an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number (and photos for damaged items). See our Refund & Return Policy for how we put it right.
