1. About us and these terms

lavilin.com.sg (the “Website”) is operated by Godiner Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202407726K), trading as Lavilin Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our registered address is 203 Henderson Road #10-13, Henderson Industrial Park, Singapore 159546.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply whenever you browse the Website or buy from it. When you place an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Refund & Return Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the Website when you placed it.

2. Products

We sell natural deodorant and personal-care products, including creams, sticks, roll-ons, sprays, body scrubs and wipes. We try to show products, ingredients, colours and descriptions accurately, but packaging may change and screen colours may vary slightly.

Product safety. Our products are for external use only. Please read the full ingredient list on each product page before buying. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, test on a small area first. Do not use our products on broken, inflamed, irritated or freshly shaved skin. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a doctor if needed. Keep products out of reach of children.

Our products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results such as how long odour protection lasts can vary from person to person.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are the final price you pay for the product. Where GST applies, it is already included in the price shown. Shipping fees are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and PayNow, GrabPay and ShopeePay (via HitPay). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

4. Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order. It does not mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if:

• the product is out of stock or no longer available;
• there is an error in the price or product description;
• we cannot verify your payment or suspect fraud;
• the delivery address is outside our delivery area (see section 5); or
• the order appears to be for resale (see section 7).

You can check out as a guest or with an account. If you create an account, please keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Singapore only. For orders from overseas, please email info@lavilin.com.sg.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes a further 3–4 business days. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, public holidays or events outside our control do not entitle you to cancel an order that has already been shipped, but we will help you track it.

Creams, roll-ons and sticks are normally delivered to your letterbox. Sprays, scrubs and wipes are delivered to your door and may need a signature, so please make sure someone can receive the parcel.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, embassies, LTA, ICA, NTU, NUS, Singapore Polytechnic, military premises, shipyards, Cargo Complex, Airline House, Alps Avenue, Jurong Island, Sentosa, or other large compounds with restricted access.

Please give a complete and accurate address, including block, unit number and postal code. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we may charge the cost of re-sending it.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Full details of shipping fees, including the free-shipping threshold, are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Singapore law, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

7. Personal use only

Products sold on the Website are for personal use and not for resale. We may cancel orders, and future orders from the same customer, that show signs of resale, such as unusually large quantities, very frequent orders, or the use of freight forwarders.

8. Promotions, discount codes and free gifts

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own conditions, are valid for a limited time, cannot be exchanged for cash, and usually cannot be combined unless we say so.

From time to time we offer a free gift with purchase. If the gift runs out or becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of similar value or change the promotion dates. Free gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you return part of an order so that it no longer meets the promotion conditions, we may deduct the value of the gift from your refund.

9. Reviews and content you submit

We welcome honest reviews. By submitting a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own, accurate, and not offensive or misleading, and you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide right to use, reproduce and display it (with your first name and last initial) on the Website and in our marketing. We may edit reviews for length or spelling without changing their meaning, and we may decline to publish content that breaks these rules.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the Lavilin name and logo, product images, text, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or harmful code, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to the Website at any time for maintenance or other reasons. The Website may contain links to third-party websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

12. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how you can access or correct your data.

13. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for reactions resulting from use contrary to the product instructions or safety guidance in section 2.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or government action.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
